Entry to the Office Floor
- Please take the escalator in the atrium on the 1st floor up to the 3rd floor directly.
- The member of our staff that you will come to meet with will send you an e-mail containing a QR code, and a Reference Number.
- When you arrive at Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building, please come to the 3rd floor security gates.
- Please touch the QR code sent to you by our staff to the code reader on the gate, using the code shown on your smartphone screen, or printed out prior.
- If you do not have the QR code available, but have the Reference Number that was sent to you, please use the terminals near the security gates on the 3rd floor, and input the Reference Number. A card will be printed out with your QR code on. Please use this with the security gates.
If you do not have the QR code, or the Reference Number, please call our office on +81 (0)3-5223-6011, and we can tell you the Reference Number to input into the terminal.
