- He received his Bachelor's degree in Laws (LL.B.) from Seikei University in Japan. During his student in the University, he passed the patent attorney examination in 1985. He worked for a Patent & Law firm in Tokyo. He worked for Ryobi Limited and then Ryobi North America, Inc. and Ryobi Technologies, Inc. in U.S.A. In 2007 he took part in the Edward, Angel, Palmer & Dodge LLP (now: Edwards Wildman) Summer Seminar. He is an expert in mechanical field and law. He speaks English.
