- He received his Bachelor's degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tokyo then joined IBM Japan, Ltd., working on hard-disk development. He was transferred to Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Inc. as group manager of the patent group after a merger. He passed the Japan Information-Technology Engineer Examination in 2007. He passed the Patent Attorney examination in 2010 and registered as a patent attorney in 2011. He joined our firm in 2012. He registered the IP Litigation Attorney examination in 2014. He passed the Japan Deep Learning Association (JDLA) G Test (i.e. Generalist examination) in November, 2019. He specializes in mechatronics and information devices.
