Teruo YOKOYAMA

- In 1985, he completed the master's program in the Department of Physics, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University, in Japan. In the same year, he joined Fujitsu Limited, engaging in research and development of compound semiconductor devices. In 2004, he passed the patent attorney examination and registered as a patent attorney the following year. He passed the IP Litigation Attorney examination in 200. In 2009, he registered as a Certified Engineer (electrical and electronic division). After working at a patent firm, he joined our firm in December 2023. He specializes in semiconductors, and electronics.
