- He graduated from the Department of Optical Engineering in the College of Science and Engineering at Ritsumeikan University. Later he joined the Kinki Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. He has been involved in the design of electrical, communication, and information facilities. In 2019, he passed the patent attorney examination and registered as a patent attorney the following year. After working at a patent office, he joined the current firm in January 2024. He specializes in electronics and communications.
