- He received his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Graduate School of Hokkaido University in Japan. He practiced in the Japan Patent Office (JPO) as Patent Examiner, Trial Examiner, Chief Trial Examiner, Manager of Examination Standards Office, Chief Patent Examiner and Director General of the Third Patent Examination Dept. for twenty seven years in total. During that period, he worked at the JETRO in Dusseldorf in Germany for three years. He was registered as a patent attorney in 2006. He is a member of AIPPI. He is an expert in mechanical and chemical engineering. He is a partner, and executive vice-president.
